The online store
Villa Vintage Ab (FO number 3086958-3) sells products to private individuals of legal age throughout the world. The price of the products includes value added tax or profit margin taxation for used goods. We reserve the right to adjust prices and delivery costs.

You can order products in the online store by picking them in your shopping cart and then paying for the contents of the shopping cart at checkout. All information about the customer is treated confidentially. The information we request in connection with the order is used solely to deliver the order or to clear up any ambiguities in it. When you order from the online store, we assume that you have familiarized yourself with and accepted the delivery conditions that apply at that time.
After a successful payment, you will immediately receive information that the payment has been received and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
It is possible to pay with all Finnish bank connections. You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Andelsbanken, POP-banken, Sparbanken, S-banken and Ålandbanken. The recipient of the payment is Checkout Finland Oy, which forwards the payment to Villa Vintage Ab. From the webshop you are sent directly to your own bank for a secure payment.
Credit card payment
You can pay for your purchases in the webshop with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. In our webshop, it is possible to use international Verified by Visa -, MasterCard SecureCode - and American Express SafeKey - identification services.

Deliveries and costs
Matkahuolto and Posti
We deliver mainly with Matkahoulto or Posti and to the whole world. However, the postal costs stated in the webshop are explicitly intended for deliveries to addresses in Finland. Feel free to contact us if there is anything you are unsure about regarding shipping and we will sort it out.
As a rule, large furniture is not delivered with Matkahuolto or Posti, but we deliver these ourselves. See detailed information below about shipping costs. If you choose shipping with us, we will contact you separately to agree on a suitable time and place.
Pickup from the store in Nagu
It is fine to pick up the order from us in the store during our opening hours. Pick-up in Nagu outside normal opening hours usually also works. Collection from the store or Kyrkbacken in Nagu is always free.
VILLA VINTAGE'S OWN DELIVERIES
Home delivery Nagu
We offer free home delivery for all orders over €70 to addresses in Nagu, which have access by car. Delivery to addresses behind connecting boats and ferries does not count, but contact us and we will sort that out as well.
Home delivery Turku and the surrounding area
We also deliver by agreement at least once a week to Pargas, St: Karins and Turku and the surrounding area. Then the shipping cost is €10 and free for orders over €100.
The capital region and Västra Nyland
We also deliver furniture and larger orders to the capital region and western New Zealand at least once a month . The shipping cost is then always €60/order.
Home delivery to Vaasa and the surrounding area as well
If necessary, we can also deliver furniture to Vaasa and the surrounding area. Shipping is then always €170/order.
Home delivery Tampere and surroundings
If necessary, we can also deliver furniture to Vaasa and the surrounding area and Tampere and the surrounding area. Shipping is then always €120/order.
Delivery to Åland
We also deliver packages to Åland. Furniture is not normally delivered, but during the summer months there may also be an opportunity to have some furniture delivered to Åland, get in touch and ask!
Islands in the Åboland archipelago without a fixed road connection
We also deliver to islands in the Åboland archipelago that have no fixed road connection. The shipping price then depends on distance and weight. Get in touch for a detailed cost estimate!
Our normal delivery time within Finland varies between 3-5 days and the time depends on the order and the delivery method. Closer times will be announced in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays due to insurmountable obstacles or indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. We inform you on our online store's website about deviating delivery times.
Our own deliveries home deliveries have their own, unique timetables which we agree on individually with each customer.
Right of exchange and return
Unused products have an unlimited right of return for 14 days. The product must be returned in its packaging with all associated parts intact. Many of our products are shipped with a hologram image or label that must be intact for you to return the item.
If you want to return the item, please email email@example.com and we will send you detailed instructions on how to return. We do not reimburse shipping costs on returns.
State name, telephone number and order number in your return, as well as account number if you have already paid for the item.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify the error to those mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days at the latest. If the package has been damaged in the post, you must immediately make a complaint about the product to Posti/ Matkahuolto.
