Fish soup
We wanted to create a fish soup that was out of the ordinary, but still traditional and with all the flavors we remember from childhood summers out in the archipelago!
The end result was a creamy fish soup made with perch and cold-smoked salmon, filled with summer herbs and root vegetables.
As a snack, the classic archipelago loaf and real butter.

Hamburger
Our hamburger patties come from naturally grazing cows here in Nagu. A relative raises the cows and a large part of the restaurant's vegetarian food waste becomes cow food.
The burger is served with house salad and our popular fries.

Robber's steak
The robber roast is made here in Käldinge in our specially made oven "Rövare". We start by lighting a fire to bring up the heat and in the meantime we can make "loimulohi" over the fire. After the oven has heated up we put in the meat which is then left to sit in the heat for about 8 hours. After that it needs to cool and marinate for about a day in the fridge before it is ready to use. The robber roast is served with new potatoes from Nagu and browned butter.

Mackerel pie
A traditional Finnish national dish for days when you just want to be full and don't have the energy to bother with it.
No frills, just good and simple!
Sausage, fries, roasted onions, cucumber salad and mayonnaise.

Nachos with chili con carne
This is our children's favorite dish and it was at their request that this dish ended up on the menu.
This dish can be obtained in the desired strength and is therefore suitable for everyone.

Loimulohi salad
In the process of heating up the robber roasting oven, we have the opportunity to make our own traditional Loimulohi (flambéed salmon).
Our Loimulohi salad is served with a piece of archipelago bread, herb oil and garlic sauce.
You can also get vegetarian with grilled halloumi or with vegan bean steak.

Deep Fried Favorites
How do breaded chicken fillets, mozzarella sticks, crispy French fries, onions and cucumber mayonnaise sound?
This is the portion for those of you who like fried food!

Butter-fried Perch
There probably won't be a more archipelago summer than this! This is an archipelago classic you shouldn't miss!
Our butter-fried perch is served with butter-fried new potatoes from Nagu, a fresh herb dip and a piece of archipelago loaf.
For the hungry, there is the option to buy extra fillets.

Milkshakes
Our milkshakes come in three different flavors!
Mint chocolate, Strawberry
and Hubba Bubba.
All served with real cream.
Mint Chocolate and Strawberry are also available as vegan!

Ice cream portion Delux
A truly luxurious ice cream portion with two scoops of ice cream of your choice, real cream, biscuits, sauce and sprinkles.
We compose according to your wishes!

Cakes, breads and pies
This year we have expanded our cake display and the range of products as well. We bake with our hearts and everyone on the staff has the opportunity to show off their best baked goods during the summer. That's why the range varies from day to day!
We have a lot of goodies to choose from!
And best of all, you don't have to choose just one variety!
This year's new item is "Mumsbiten" where you can choose 6 different morsels with coffee or tea for €7.50.
